Terms of use

Last updated: 25 August 2026 · Australia

Kitchen-table use

TuitionAkka is a household learning tool. By creating a parent account you agree to use it for your family, record consent for each child profile, and keep login details with a responsible adult.

Free for friends and families

There is no payment, trial, or subscription. We will not ask for a card while the product remains free for invited households. Features and availability may change; we will not surprise you with billing without a clear, separate agreement.

Accounts and children

Students are profiles, not separate Auth users. Do not create accounts for children under 13 with their own email. Do not publish or share another family's practice data. Soft-removing a profile hides it from the table; attempts may remain for household history.

Content

Lessons are original materials aligned to Victorian Curriculum 2.0, with an ICAS-shaped practice overlay. They are not official VCAA or ICAS Assessments papers. Do not copy or redistribute curriculum JSON or question banks outside your household without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape answer keys, probe other families' data, or use the service to harm others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Disclaimer

Practice scores support learning at home. They are not a formal school assessment or an ICAS result. The service is provided as-is for invited families; availability may depend on your host and Supabase configuration.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are intended to be handled in Victorian courts. The service is provided as-is for invited households without a paid SLA; liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by Australian consumer law.
